HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

I usually go to the gym anytime that I am free. For me a good time to go to the gym is around 2-5pm because less people are working out so you wouldn't need to wait for the machines. Since I live in the Philippines then I go to Fitness First. I usually stretch first then use 4 cardios with thirty minutes each. The cardio that i use is tredmill, ellitical, the stepper and the other one is like a ski. Tredmill, elliptical and stepper is common among all the other gyms.

TREDMILL- 30minutes

  • 5 minute walk about 6.0 speed
  • 4 minutes jog about 10-11 speed
  • 1 minute run around 12-13.5 speed
-repeat the process to make it a 30 minute exercise

ELLIPTICAL
  • alternate the effort level
STEPPER
  • I increase the effort level as time increases
DANCE
  • It is a good way of exercise, I dance every time I finish eating my diner, it is good to dance to K-POP songs and zumba.
STEAMROOM
  • A fast way to break a sweat, go inside a steam room for at least 10 minutes and you'll come out sweating a lot more than you exercise.
TONING
  • Machines vary in each fitness centre but be sure to do some toning for at least 2-3 sets
SIT-UP, CRUNCHING,PUSH UP
  • Be sure to do this to build up your core!

Lower meat intake, higher green intake

I used to weigh 64.6 kilograms and now i weigh 53 kilograms. My lowest weight was 50 kilograms but that was when i forcefully starve myself to death. From the start of my diet routine i had cut down my carbs intake meaning strictly no rice, noodles, bread, and the likes. Whether it is brown rice or wheat bread I did not eat any carbs. Well at first i did but eventually over time i had quit eating carbs. instead of eating those, I go for fruits and vegetables!  So here are my diet meal plans:

1.) STRICTLY NO CARBS. 
     quick steps:
          1. eat half the amount of rice/noodles bread that you usually eat
          2. after about two weeks to a month make it half, so you eventually eat around one-fourth portion of what you usually eat.
          3. After a while you have already trained your body to eating less carbs so now you can quit eating them.
          4. Eat more veggies! The more the better, as long as it is not a big portion of a meal. Eat the right amount.
          5. Fruits is a must! You have to eat fruits because these will help you in your digestion and removing all the toxic in your body! Eat fruits before you eat a meal!

2.)   NEVER SKIP A MEAL!
If you skip a meal the tendency is that you over indulge yourself to the next meal, well you can skip a meal given that you can control your body.

3.) AVOID EATING OUT!
Well, that is because you can't resist your temptation, eating at you own house is a lot better than those tempting foods!

4.) CUT THE SUGAR
Yes, by sugar i mean candies, cookies, ice cream, milk- except skim, desserts and all the likes!

5.) DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL
By drinking alcoholic beverages you gain a lot of fat aside from beer belly, these fats that you consume will never be excreted by your body.

7.) GO FOR COFFEE AND TEAS
By coffee i mean black coffee, if you can't then a pack of sugar is at most. Americano is a good example

8.) NEVER SLEEP WHEN FULL
The results of sleeping when you are full is that your stomach goes waaaaaaaaay bigger.

9.) EAT LIGHT DINNER!
Dinner is the most crucial as it usually stores inside your body until the moment that you wake up.

10.) AVOID RED MEAT AND LEAN MEAT
Well steaks weighs a lot, the same way as you feel when you eat a steak you get full. Your weight will also go a lot higher in all these red meat.

11.) EAT WHITE MEAT INSTEAD OF RED
So when you eat, you go for white meat since it is a lot healthier and it's calories are lesser.

12.) DON'T EAT FRIED/GRILLED
The calories here are a lot higher. Go for boiled!

13.) YOU MUST EXERCISE
