TREDMILL- 30minutes
- 5 minute walk about 6.0 speed
- 4 minutes jog about 10-11 speed
- 1 minute run around 12-13.5 speed
-repeat the process to make it a 30 minute exercise
ELLIPTICAL
- alternate the effort level
STEPPER
- I increase the effort level as time increases
DANCE
- It is a good way of exercise, I dance every time I finish eating my diner, it is good to dance to K-POP songs and zumba.
STEAMROOM
- A fast way to break a sweat, go inside a steam room for at least 10 minutes and you'll come out sweating a lot more than you exercise.
TONING
- Machines vary in each fitness centre but be sure to do some toning for at least 2-3 sets
SIT-UP, CRUNCHING,PUSH UP
- Be sure to do this to build up your core!
